I am the Rice Chef of La Barquera and I have been dedicated to preparing rice dishes, paellas, and fideuás for groups of all sizes for years. Throughout my career, I have cooked at intimate events, medium celebrations, and large gatherings of up to 1,200 guests, always bringing the flavor and Mediterranean tradition to each dish — and I do this in Cantabria, Asturias, Palencia, or Madrid. ---

I arrive 3h - 3.5h before (depending on the number of guests), set up the stoves and equipment, prepare, create, cook, serve, and clean. I serve on biodegradable compostable dishes. I only need protection from wind and rain if it rains. There are photos in my profile showing examples of the setup. ---
