Description
I am of German origin. At the age of 5, I was given my first chef's outfit. From the age of 13, I spent my school vacations in a restaurant in Alsace. After finishing my university entrance qualifications and military service in Germany, I completed an apprenticeship as a chef in one of the 100 best restaurants in Germany located in Nürnberg and culminated my training with studies at a hospitality school in Montreux, Switzerland. After several stays in Paris, Barcelona, and Germany, I arrived in Seville. I ran a renowned pastry shop in Seville called Ambrosius for over 20 years. Now I wanted to relive my passion for cooking and share it, very close to the diner.

In principle, my services are provided by a single person taking care of everything.
Experience
I have been preparing small events at the homes of private individuals for a few years, where I prepare dinners and lunches and occasionally a combination of an active cooking class where attendees participate in the preparations.

Equipment, setup and transport
I usually take note of what is available in the homes where the events will be held and provide what the service requires.
Estimated prices
It is difficult to determine a standard rate, as each service, number of people, and the host's requirements are different. I could estimate that for example, for about 6 people, a dinner can range between 60 and 100 Euros per person. A budget for a larger group benefits from a more adjusted price relationship. A service planned for a holiday may involve an additional charge of between 100 and 200 Euros.
